How to order:

  1. Choose a necklace, bracelet or anklet.
  2. Select your favorite chain style.
  3. Choose your desired length.
  4. Choose an included lobster clasp or upgrade to a magnetic clasp for an additional $15. Magnetic-clasp upgrades will be invoiced separately after checkout.
  5. Add a custom name connector separately, if desired.

Each piece is custom assembled according to your selections. Please carefully review your chain, length and clasp choices before ordering. Because each piece is customized, all sales are final.

At La Di Da Glow Studio & Jewelry Lounge, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unworn and in their original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be free of damage, odors, or signs of wear

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you're exchanging an item, we'll happily cover the shipping cost to send your replacement.

If your requested exchange is unavailable, you may choose to receive store credit or a refund to your original payment method.

  • Sale, clearance, personalized, custom-made, and gift card purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
